Virtual School Psychologist Opportunity | ASAP Start

Sunbelt and VocoVision has been partnered with a large and supportive school district in California. We are seeking to hire a virtual school psychologist for the 2024-2025 school year. The district director is scheduling interviews immediately, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible for consideration. You do not need to live in the state to apply.

Requirements for this role:

A Master’s or Doctorate Level degree in School Psychology
School Psychologists will need a teaching certificate as well as a school psychologist degree or national certification to work in schools.
California Teaching Certificate or willingness to obtain
- May take up to 50 days to receive.

Responsibilities:

Pre-K-12th caseload
You will be responsible for collaborating IEP’s and other assessments with other educational experts
Testing, behavior rating scales, writing reports, and attending IEP meetings; Minimal behavioral support
Participation as a member of the special education team

Work Hours:

Full time independent contracting position that is 30-40 hours per week
Aug 2024-May 2025

VocoVision Requirements:
•    At least two years of school experience
•     Home computer with high internet speed
•     Must be tech savvy (we do have onboarding sessions for the software!)
