To ensure that we recruit only the finest professionals in their fields, we employ a very rigorous pre-screening process. Our candidates must face the following requirements to be hired:

  • Employment application/datasheet
  • Verification of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Clinical skills checklist demonstrating proficiency in specialty
  • Minimum of two current professional references
  • Applicable professional licenses, current and unrestricted, verified with the appropriate credentialing body
  • Current health certificate, including systems examined and related findings, that indicate the individual is in good health, able to work without restriction and free from contagious disease (issued within the past year)
  • National criminal background check for the past seven years
