Job Description

Join our team as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, delivering high-quality speech and language services to students across Rhode Island from PreK to 12th grade. In this remote role, you will utilize virtual platforms to provide engaging therapy sessions, collaborate with educators, and support students' communication development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop personalized virtual treatment plans for students.
Deliver interactive virtual therapy sessions for individuals and small groups.
Collaborate with teachers to integrate speech and language strategies into virtual classrooms.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings, contributing to goal development and accommodations.
Maintain accurate documentation of students' progress and virtual sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Rhode Island state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is preferred.
Experience with telepractice or online therapy is advantageous.
Proficiency in virtual platforms and tools for seamless remote interactions.
Strong communication skills for virtual engagement with students, parents, and colleagues.
