Job Description

Job Functions:

Design and execute tailored educational plans for students.
Conduct individual therapy sessions to achieve speech and language objectives.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to foster student improvement.
Accurately document all therapy sessions and assessments.
This position is full-time, offering a contract for working with students from kindergarten to 12th grade.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
Must have an active Virginia SLP license.
Prior experience with school-aged children is preferred.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
Understanding of special education-related legislation and guidelines is a plus.
