Job Description

I am interviewing and hiring a Physical Therapist in the Madison WI area. This Physical Therapist job is full time, 35-40 hour per week for the starting school year. The physical therapist will be supporting preK-12 students with mild to severe disabilities throughout a school district. Job responsibilities may include:

Provide therapy services as specified on IEP
work with diagnostic staff and classroom teachers
provide assessments and develop treatment goals

Requirements for this job are previous school or pediatric experience and a WI physical therapist license.
