Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg experience is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IV therapy is essential.
- While not mandatory, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- PEARS certification is considered a valuable asset.
