Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is searching for a compassionate and skilled Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in the vibrant city of Portland, OR! This exciting opportunity offers nightshift hours and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of critically ill children.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide life-saving respiratory care to pediatric patients in the PICU or NICU (experience in one required).
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain advanced respiratory equipment.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their care journey.

Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) License a must.
  • Proven experience in either the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is essential.
  • National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians - Pediatric (NRP) certification required.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification mandatory.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system is a plus.

  • 36 hours
  • Nights (19:00-07:30)
