Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a qualified Travel Med/Surg RN to join a team-oriented healthcare facility in Geneva, NY!

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our medical-surgical unit, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
Provide high-quality care to adult medical-surgical patients with diverse diagnoses, including stroke stepdown cases.
Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of medical-surgical procedures and treatments.

Qualifications:

Med Surg RN with Charge experience a plus
Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
Minimum of two years of related experience in a medical-surgical setting.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment.
