Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Travel CT Tech to join our team in Glen Falls, NY! You'll work in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to accurate diagnoses and patient care within the CT department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT scans on patients, ensuring accurate and detailed imaging for diagnostic purposes.
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret imaging results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of procedures performed, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid New York state license as a CT Technologist.
- AART (R) (CT)
- BLS (AHA)
- NYS DOH Injection License
- Minimum of two years of experience as a CT/Xray Tech.
- Strong technical skills in operating CT equipment and software, with knowledge of protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work day shifts
