Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is on the lookout for a passionate Travel CT Technologist for a weekend night shift to join a collaborative healthcare team. Sharpen your technical expertise and contribute to accurate diagnoses using advanced CT technology.

Job Description:

Conduct CT scans following established protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment (as needed).
Must have a strong understanding of CT procedures.

Qualifications:

Active ARRT(CT) certification and OK State License.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

13 week contract
Weekend Nights (9:00p - 7:00a)

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Equipment Operation: Operate CT scanning equipment to capture detailed images of the patient's anatomy, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring the highest image quality.
Positioning: Position patients correctly on the CT table and immobilize as necessary to obtain accurate images.
Radiation Safety: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to radiation safety protocols and minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff.

Quality Control: Perform routine equipment checks, calibrations, and maintenance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of CT scans.
