Job Description

Vocovision is looking for a school-based Speech Therapist in New York state. The students range from K-12. This is a full time, full school year position.

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of New York
ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC)
Must have valid New York teaching certificate

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a school setting
Prior teletherapy experience is a plus
Candidate must have a computer purchased in the past 5 years and pass a tech screen
Must provide personal liability insurance

Ideal Candidate Skills:

Able to collaborate with other staff members virtually
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy and organized

Job Description:

Evaluate student’s needs
Conduct assessments,
Write IEP's
Communicate with other Speech Language Pathologists within the district
Attending virtual meetings.
