Job Title: School Psychologist

Location: Trout Valley, IL

Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting students' mental health and well-being? We are currently seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our dynamic educational team near Trout Valley, IL and would love for you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments
Collaborate on individualized educational and behavior plans
Provide counseling and guidance for social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Implement evidence-based interventions for student development
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Collaborate with community resources for additional support
Serve as a resource for teachers and staff
Maintain accurate records
Stay updated on research and best practices

Requirements:

Master's/Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
State certification/license as a School Psychologist in Illinois
Proven experience in educational settings
Strong knowledge of assessment tools and techniques
Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
Empathy, patience, and a desire to help students succeed
Strong organizational and technology skills
