Job Description

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding virtual opportunity to support students in a Massachusetts school district? We are seeking a passionate and experienced SLP to join our team remotely and provide virtual speech therapy services to students in need.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' speech and language goals.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to improve students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms and technology.
