Job Description

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding virtual opportunity to support students in a Massachusetts school district? We are seeking a passionate and experienced SLP to join our team remotely and provide virtual speech therapy services to students in need.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students' speech and language goals.
Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to improve students' speech, language, and communication skills.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment interventions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in using virtual therapy platforms and technology.
