Job Description

Qualifications:

Possession of an active teaching certificate in any state
Availability for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year
A minimum of three years' experience in a school-based setting
Proficiency in knowledge-based competencies essential for performing job functions, including a thorough understanding of relevant laws, codes, policies, and regulations, familiarity with personnel processes, grasp of standard business practices, effective teaching strategies, adeptness in working with families, and a comprehensive understanding of child development stages
Ability to adeptly manage multiple technical tasks, with a continuous commitment to upgrading skills in response to evolving job requirements
Proficiency in organizing and coordinating various activities, meetings, and events, as well as in gathering, analyzing, and classifying data to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of programs
The capacity to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals in various circumstances
Skill in analyzing issues and data, developing action plans, and ensuring the achievement of Department and District strategic objectives
A demonstrated ability to set high expectations for oneself and others, actively monitor progress toward goals, and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement
A strong team player who can adapt to changing priorities and apply logical processes and analytical skills
