Job Description

Are you an RN looking for fulfilling home health positions in Marlborough, Massachusetts? We're currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) who are passionate about providing exceptional care in the comfort of patients' homes. If you have recent home health experience and are proficient in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase, we want to connect with you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized home care plans.
Thoroughly assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting progress accurately.
Administer medications and deliver essential wound care as needed.
Maintain meticulous records utilizing Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase platforms.

Requirements:

Active RN licensure in Massachusetts.
Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health.
Proficiency in Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase systems.
Previous exposure to home-to-home workload is advantageous.
Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.

Details:

Full-time positions available, offering 40 hours per week.
Shifts typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Mileage reimbursement provided for travel within Marlborough.
