Location: Lake Angeles, MI

Employment Type: Full-time, Contracted with Sunbelt

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Start Date: Next school year

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Provide one-on-one and small group behavior support to students.
Collect and record data on student progress and behavior outcomes.
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support plans.

Job Requirements:

Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Experience working with children or adolescents preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs.
