Job Position Overview: As a COTA or OT with our team in Andover, MA, you will have the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 55 students in grades K-5. Therapy services will focus on providing direct support to students, with no evaluations required. Travel time will be paid for all therapists.

Job Caseload Details:

• Grades K-5
• Approximately 55 students
• Therapy services only, no evaluations required

Job Requirements:

• Active state license in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in grades K-5
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with team members
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and guidelines for therapy services
