Description:
Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) in Eckert, CO. This exciting opportunity allows you to provide compassionate care to residents during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a LTC facility.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

Active RN license in Colorado.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of 6 months of LTC nursing experience.
Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR system preferred.
Completion of COVID-19 vaccination.
Availability for night shifts (8-hour shifts) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
