Description:
Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) in Eckert, CO. This exciting opportunity allows you to provide compassionate care to residents during their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a LTC facility.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Colorado.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum of 6 months of LTC nursing experience.
  • Proficiency with PointClickCare EMR system preferred.
  • Completion of COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Availability for night shifts (8-hour shifts) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
