Are you a skilled LPN seeking an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for nursing with a love for travel? We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a travel contract basis at a reputable long-term care facility in Philippi, WV.

Job Description:

Position: Travel LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Philippi, West Virginia
Facility: Long Term Care Facility
Contract Type: Temporary/Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8 hour evenings

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders.
Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patients' comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
