Location: Philippi, WV
Facility: Long Term Care Facility

Are you a skilled LPN seeking an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for nursing with a love for travel? We're currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team on a travel contract basis at a reputable long-term care facility in Philippi, WV.

Job Description:

  • Position: Travel LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
  • Location: Philippi, West Virginia
  • Facility: Long Term Care Facility
  • Contract Type: Temporary/Travel
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 8 hour evenings

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed orders.
  • Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patients' comfort and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and schedules.
