Job Description

Are you a dedicated LPN with a passion for home health care? We're currently seeking an LPN to join our team for a full-time contract/travel position in Lexington, KY.
Home Health LPNs with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and detailed documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time.
Utilize your experience with Medicaid/Medicare to provide exceptional care.
Case management skills are a must for this role.

Education:

Kentucky Licensed Practical Nurse License
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Employment Details:

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract/Travel
Work Hours: Monday-Friday: 8a-5p, 40 hours per week
13 week assignment with possible extension
