Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing has an exceptional 13-week opportunity for you in Santa FE, NM. Utilize your expertise in operating CT scanners to play a vital role in a healthcare facility, providing critical diagnostic imaging services.

Job Description:

Conduct CT scans following established protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment (as needed).

Qualifications:

Active ARRT(CT) certification and valid State License.
New Mexico CT license
Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 2 years of recent CT experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

13 week contract
Night 3x12-Hour (7:00a - 07:30p)

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Equipment Operation: Operate CT scanning equipment to capture detailed images of the patient's anatomy, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring the highest image quality.
Positioning: Position patients correctly on the CT table and immobilize as necessary to obtain accurate images.
Radiation Safety: Maintain a safe environment by adhering to radiation safety protocols and minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff.
Quality Control: Perform routine equipment checks, calibrations, and maintenance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of CT scans.
