Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Lyndeborough, NH

Sunbelt is working with a school near Lyndeborough, NH who is seeking a reliable and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the remainder of the 2023/2024 school year and next school year. The position involves working with children who have autism or other developmental disabilities in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

Implementing therapy sessions as prescribed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Documenting progress and data collection
Collaborating with teachers and other school personnel
Conducting functional assessments and creating behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Teaching social and communication skills
Providing positive reinforcement strategies
Modeling and training communication and social skills
Communicating effectively and professionally with parents, peers, and supervisors

Requirements:

Active RBT certification required
Must have school experience
Ability to pass a background check
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow and implement individualized treatment plans
Experience with data collection and progress monitoring
Availability during the school day
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
