Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is now hiring experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work full-time for a school in Chandler Heights, AZ. This job will be located on-site. If you are interested in this Behavior Analyst job, please review the details below before applying.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in ABA from an accredited university
Active AZ BCBA Licensure
AZ IVP Fingerprint Card
Strong school-based experience
Experience working with Special Education students

Job Details:

Full-Time
Caseload: Elementary - High School
Assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for students
Provide high quality supervision to RBTs to nurture their skills
Crafting high quality and timely notes, behavioral improvement plans, positive behavioral support plans, functional analysis reports
Knowledge of school-based services and Individual Education Plans (IEP)
Attend IEP meetings to present the students’ performance, progress on current goals, and propose new goals to the school.
Document progress on goals in order to inform treatment modifications
