Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a position in the Wauseon, OH area. This role will involve providing essential behavior analysis services to students within a school setting.

Responsibilities:

Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors
Providing direct behavior therapy services to students and training support staff on behavior intervention strategies
Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement behavior support plans
Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
Participating in team meetings and providing consultation to school staff on behavior management strategies

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working as a BCBA in a school or clinical setting preferred
Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
