Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Short-Term Contract

Location: Columbia Falls, MT

Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts

Duration: 8-week contract with extension possibilities

Are you a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant seeking a short-term opportunity to make a difference in Columbia Falls, MT? Our esteemed long-term care facility is actively seeking a dedicated CNA to join our dynamic team for an initial 8-week contract, with the potential for extension, providing vital care to our residents during day shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including movement, feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, and monitoring basic vitals.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.
Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Uphold cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of recent experience working in a long-term care facility.
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Montana.
Strong communication skills to facilitate interactions with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
