Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) First assist in Atlanta, Georgia. This is your chance to:

  • Utilize your expertise: Perform a diverse range of CVOR procedures, including open-heart surgery, coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacements, and endovascular interventions.
  • Become a master in advanced surgical technologies: Operate and maintain cutting-edge equipment used in neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and robotic-assisted procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the CVOR for surgical procedures.
  • Sterilize and manage surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals throughout surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications:

  • ARRT-registered in Cardiovascular Invasive Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CVOR Technologist.
  • Experience in neurosurgery, surgical oncology, and/or robotic-assisted procedures is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of CVOR procedures and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
