Responsibilities:

Student Support: Provide counseling and guidance to students to address academic, social, and emotional challenges, ensuring their well-being.
Assessment: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify and address students' needs, collaborating with teachers and parents.
Crisis Intervention: Assist in crisis management and intervention to support students facing difficult situations.
Individualized Plans: Develop and implement individualized plans to help students achieve academic and personal goals.
Advocacy: Advocate for students' rights and collaborate with staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Community Engagement: Connect students and families with community resources and services to enhance their overall support network.

Requirements:

A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
State of IL licensure as a School Social Worker.
Active PEL Credential
