Job Description

Sunbelt is currently in search of a highly motivated and empathetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an exciting, contracted opportunity situated near Pontiac, Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Execute behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBAs.
Deliver personalized one-on-one therapy and assistance to students.
Accurately document and track client progress and behavior.
Actively engage in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to foster ongoing professional growth.
Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

ABA experience preferred
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment preferred
