VocoVision, a pioneer in telepractice services, is actively seeking skilled and independent Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our virtual team on a 1099 contracting basis in Colorado. If you're a dedicated professional passionate about delivering top-notch behavior analysis services from the comfort of your home, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): Assess clients' behavior and develop comprehensive FBA reports to guide intervention planning.

2. Develop and Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP): Create effective behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

3. Virtual Consultation: Provide high-quality virtual consultation services using VocoVision's secure and user-friendly platform.

4. Collaborate Remotely: Work collaboratively with educational teams, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to behavior intervention.

5. Data Analysis: Regularly review and analyze data to assess the progress of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Colorado licensure 
• Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
• Familiarity with virtual service delivery and telepractice.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
• Must pass a VocoVision technical screening (showing knowledge of the platform Zoom)

Requirements:

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
• Dedicated and quiet workspace.
• Proficiency in using telepractice platforms (training provided if needed).
