School Occupational Therapist (OT) job near Red Hill, NC

Sunbelt is working with a school district near Red Hill, NC and we are searching for a Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 22-23 school year. This will be a full time or part time contract based position servicing students with a variety of disabilities at 1-2 schools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The OT will help patients improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day to day life and work to students in K-12th grade
  • The OT will provide training and education to family members and other professionals
  • The OT will provide IEP's for each student to reach their goals
  • This is a full time/part time (30-32 hours a week) contract based position for the upcoming school year
  • The OT will work at a school for the students with various disabilities which include developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, congenital anomalies, CP, the list goes on

Job Requirements:

  • The OT must have prior school or pediatric experience
  • The OT must have their North Carolina Occupational Therapist License
  • Previous AAC experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of contract positions (preferred)

About Sunbelt:

  • Health/Life/Dental plans for full time onsite employees (over 30 hours)
  • Weekly pay for direct and indirect services
