Teletherapy Job Opening for Georgia-Licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a school district in the Atlanta, Georgia area to find a skilled Speech Language Pathologist! This is a teletherapy position so candidates will not be onsite. Applicants do not need to live in Georgia, but must have the relevant certifications/licenses. 

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with an elementary level caseload. The students have varied mild to moderate disabilities, and language disorders. 

Position Description:

  • This Speech Language Pathologist will conduct some assessments and evaluations
  • Consultation, documentation, IEP reports and meetings 
  • Responsible for developing goals and corresponding IEPs
  • Provide direct therapy services
  • Educating students and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events
  • Keeping detailed records relating to student conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress

Candidates MUST be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Georgia. You should have experience with or be comfortable working on an SLP waiver. The school district is looking for candidates who have at least 2 years of onsite school experience. 

Technology Requirements:

  • A computer that is less than 5 years old 
  • A working web camera
  • High-speed internet capabilities
  • Candidates must go through a short tech-screening
