Position Overview:

Seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) with Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) certification or a Braillist for an immediate opening.
Contract for the 2024/2025 school year, full-time or part-time, serving students from Pre-K to age 22.

Requirements:

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with TVI Endorsement.
Orientation and Mobility certification through ACVREP OR Braillist certification.

Job Details:

Contract term: Next School year
Hours: Approximately 35 per week, open to part-time.
Caseload: Pre-K to age 22, with specific details to be provided.
Valid Illinois PEL with TVI endorsement, OMS certification through ACVREP OR Braillist certification.
