Location: Remote (Nebraska-based)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual SLP to join our team, serving clients throughout the state of Nebraska.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' speech, language, and communication abilities through virtual platforms.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions remotely, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and support to clients, families, and caregivers regarding communication strategies and techniques.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Nebraska.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in virtual or telepractice settings is desirable.
  • Experience working in schools

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and connect with clients remotely.
  • Ability to independently manage caseloads and prioritize tasks in a virtual work environment.
  • Proficient in using technology platforms and software for remote therapy sessions.
  • Familiarity with relevant assessment tools, therapy techniques, and documentation practices.
