Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and support services to address identified challenges and promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with school teams, parents, and community partners to create a supportive and inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and case management services as needed to support students and families in times of need.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Illinois state licensure.
  • School social work endorsement - PEL.
  • Experience in school-based settings and/or teletherapy is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students, families, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in using teleconferencing software.
