Job Description

Position Overview: Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing virtual network in Minnesota. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide top-notch speech therapy services from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' needs.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

Details:

Full Time Position
Guaranteed 40 Hour work weeks
K-12 Caseload (Specifics given during interview)
Equal Compensation for Direct and Indirect Services

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar from an accredited program.
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Minnesota.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology.

Note: This role is 1099 - Candidate will operate as independent contractors through our Virtual Platform.
