Job Description

Position Overview: Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing virtual network in Minnesota. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide top-notch speech therapy services from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

Details:

  • Full Time Position
  • Guaranteed 40 Hour work weeks
  • K-12 Caseload (Specifics given during interview)
  • Equal Compensation for Direct and Indirect Services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Minnesota.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology.

Note: This role is 1099 - Candidate will operate as independent contractors through our Virtual Platform.
