We are seeking a motivated and skilled Travel Vascular Ultrasonography Technologist to join our team in Vicksburg, Mississippi! This exciting opportunity allows you to explore a new city while providing vital diagnostic services.

About the Role:

As a Travel Vascular Sonographer, you will play a key role in our vascular department. You will perform non-invasive ultrasound examinations to assess vascular health, generate detailed reports, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound examinations (e.g., carotid artery duplex, venous insufficiency studies, abdominal aortic aneurysm screening)
Maintain meticulous patient records and accurately document findings
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Ensure proper equipment function and participate in quality control measures
Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety

Requirements:

ARDMS or CCI Registry in Vascular Sonography
Graduate of an accredited sonography program
Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular ultrasound in an acute care setting
BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new environments

Shift:

Variable Days (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Fridays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
1 night shift per week
1 weekend shift per month
