Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Port Orchard, WA, for a travel position. As an Ultrasound Tech, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 0715-1745 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with shared rotating Saturdays. There is no on-call duty or holiday work required, and you'll have the opportunity to rotate between multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
  • Adhere to all protocols and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid ARDMS certification.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Previous experience as an Ultrasound Technologist preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating Saturdays and travel between sites as needed.
