Location: Waterbury, CT

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel X-Ray Technologist to join our team in Waterbury, CT. As a Travel X-Ray Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring high-quality images are obtained for accurate diagnoses. This is a travel position, offering the opportunity to work in different healthcare settings while enjoying the beautiful region of Waterbury, CT.

Responsibilities:

Perform X-ray imaging procedures on patients according to physician orders.
Position patients correctly to obtain optimal images.
Ensure equipment is operating correctly and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to review images and provide accurate reports.
Maintain patient records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Previous experience as an X-Ray Technologist preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to different healthcare facilities as needed.
