Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech to join our team in Glen Falls, NY! This position offers the chance to make a difference in patient care while exploring a charming region known for its natural beauty.

Responsibilities:

Perform nuclear medicine procedures accurately and efficiently.
Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for imaging studies
Prepare, administer, and handle radioactive materials following established protocols.
Operate nuclear medicine equipment safely and efficiently to obtain high-quality images
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care and accurate interpretation of imaging results.
Maintain and ensure the safety and cleanliness of equipment and work area.

Qualifications:

National Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTCB)
NYS Nuclear Medicine License
Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
Proficient in handling radioactive materials and operating imaging equipment.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
