Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a travel position in Albany, NY. As a Nuclear Medicine Tech, you will perform various imaging procedures using radioactive materials to diagnose and treat medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and analyzing images for diagnostic purposes. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Valid certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel and work in different healthcare settings
