Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a passionate Travel MRI Technologist to join our team in Shelby, NC, for a 13-week contract. You'll be responsible for operating MRI scanners, performing crucial imaging examinations, and contributing to exceptional patient care.

Shelby is known for its contributions to NASCAR, its hosting of the American Legion World Series, its historical significance, and its vibrant cultural scene.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of MRI scans using advanced imaging equipment.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to deliver accurate and timely imaging results.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of procedures and patient information, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT (MR) certification and a minimum of two years of recent, relevant experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of MRI imaging techniques and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a patient-centered approach to care.
  • Availability to work 10 hour mid shifts for the duration of the 13-week contract.
