Travel Nurses seeking a dynamic and flexible work environment in a captivating city? Look no further than Sunbelt Staffing! We have a unique 13-week contract opportunity in Helena, Montana, offering a perfect blend of professional challenge and personal exploration.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care to adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients across various inpatient units.
Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and administer medications as prescribed.
Perform a variety of nursing tasks, including wound care, IV management, and patient education.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure a safe and positive patient experience.
Be adaptable and willing to float to different units based on patient needs.

Requirements:

RN license in Montana or a compact state.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Med Surg RN, with experience in medical, surgical, and oncology settings preferred.
Prior travel healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills in different units.
Epic experience required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
