Job Description

Now hiring in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area for a Mammo Tech to join our travel team. This is a 13-week contract assignment working 40-hours per week at one of our partner facilities.

Responsibilities:

Imaging Procedures: Perform mammography screenings and diagnostic mammograms using specialized equipment to obtain high-quality images of breast tissue.
Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient-centered care throughout the imaging process. Explain procedures to patients, address their concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during examinations.
Positioning and Technique: Position patients correctly and utilize appropriate imaging techniques to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure and discomfort.

Requirements:

Certification: Current certification as a Mammography Technologist (RTM) from an accredited program.
Education: Associate's degree or higher in radiologic technology or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in mammography preferred.
