Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Surgical Technician (CST) to join our team. This is your chance to expand your skillset, contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment, and explore a vibrant new region!

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Certified Surgical Technician.
Current CST certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
Strong aseptic technique and adherence to safety protocols.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Surgical specialties including Orthopedics, Neurology, Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, General, and Vascular surgery.

Schedule:

13 week
Work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
schedule varies between (7 am - 5:30 pm or 9 am - 7:30 pm).
rotating call schedule (3 shifts every 5 weeks, including weekends and holidays).

As a Certified Surgical Technician, you will work alongside surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, sterilizing and maintaining surgical equipment, assisting with patient positioning, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team during procedures.
