Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a Cath lab Tech for a travel assignment in Glens Falls New York! Specific shift times will be discussed in interview.

Responsibilities:

Assist cardiologists and other healthcare providers during cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angiography, angioplasty, stenting, and electrophysiology studies.
Prepare the catheterization laboratory for procedures, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are available and properly functioning.
Position and drape patients for procedures, providing support and reassurance to ensure their comfort and cooperation throughout the process.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or certificate in Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, or a related field from an accredited program.
Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) by a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ARRT, CCI) preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience working as a Cath Lab Technologist or in a related cardiovascular setting.
