Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Active FL SLP license or certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience with pediatric, school-based caseloadsideally in K12 environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged students
  • Work closely with teachers and specialists to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative services across K12 grade levels
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state standards
  • Participate in parent/guardian meetings and support staff with language development strategies
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning styles and cultural needs
