Key Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license in good standing in the state of practice
• At least 1 year of recent Home Health PTA experience preferred
• Familiarity with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) electronic documentation a plus
• Understanding of OASIS documentation processes is helpful
• Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a flexible, mobile environment
