School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ | 2026-2027 School Year
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Phoenix, Arizona area for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position offers the opportunity to work with PreK-8th grade students in a supportive educational environment while helping students develop the skills needed to succeed both academically and functionally. The district utilizes a workload-based service model, allowing therapists to focus on meaningful student outcomes and individualized support.

Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
- Support fine motor, sensory, visual motor, self-help, and functional skill development
- Maintain documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and support students across multiple grade levels
