In this travel assignment, youll deliver critical diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients facing communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment (specific schedule details will be provided during the interview process)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans
- Provide patient and family education on therapeutic interventions and progress
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and case reviews
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted SLP license (state-specific)
- Minimum of one year of hospital-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Adherence to all federal, state, and accrediting requirements
