Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education as needed
